Edit sections and inspect exported code

Build one page and revise one section, then look at the React and Tailwind output before deciding how to publish or maintain the project.

What it’s useful for

HatchIt starts with a business brief, then lets you work on individual sections and push React/Tailwind code to a repository you own. Its GitHub/Vercel route changes who maintains the deployed site; it does not establish a replacement for an existing CMS.

Inside the product

  • Draft a page and revise or rearrange individual sections.
  • Use shared headers, footers and navigation across multiple pages.
  • Push code to an owned GitHub repository and deploy through Vercel with a custom domain.

Good to know

  • CMS modeling, content migration, form processing and team permission parity were not established.
  • Deployment depends on external GitHub/Vercel setup and current plan terms; no account or deployment flow was tested.
  • The public site labels HatchIt Beta. No production project or importer was tested.

The maker’s build notes

In a public post linking hatchit.dev, Dan says the platform itself was built with Claude. The source names Claude generally, so the directory uses that label. The picture shows the public starting screen before any project was created.

A few more details

Can it import my existing Framer or Webflow project?

The site advertises a reference-URL importer. That is not evidence that CMS data, forms, redirects or a native project file migrate intact; no import was executed here.
