PROJECTS
blob.dayblob.day
A beta scheduler where groups paint availability and inspect timezone-aware overlap.
On this page
Group availability for a date range
Start with one date range and ask participants to mark their availability. Compare the overlap grid and confirm the displayed timezone before choosing a time.
What it’s useful for
blob.day was made for coordinating friends and online communities across time zones. Its central view is shared availability, not a sales booking page. The current public interface clearly separates event creation from access to a saved schedule.
Inside the product
- Date-range events with drag-to-paint availability.
- A live color-weighted overlap grid for a group.
- Participant-local times and a Timezone Compass.
Good to know
- The site labels the product v0.9.1-beta. Recurring schedules and email notifications sit under Early Access.
- The public New Event form stays locked until an identity flow is completed. Sign-in and guest-identity controls were visible; neither was submitted.
- Calendar import is on the feature-voting list. Automatic Google or Outlook conflict detection was not confirmed.
The maker’s build notes
The developer, Luke (Soycake), names Claude Code in the About section of the official site. We opened the public event-creation screen without creating an event. Its locked fields and identity controls are visible in the screenshot.
A few more details
Will it import everyone’s calendar automatically?
The public roadmap lists Import Calendar as a requested feature. The documented workflow is collecting availability; calendar synchronization was not verified.
