A frontend website and a running CMS have different migration needs. The smaller builder covers page creation; CMS data, forms, search and publishing permissions remain separate requirements.

What the smaller product covers

• Start from a finished design, then edit visually or request AI changes.
• The maker documents layers, an inspector, undo and saved projects.
• Export site code or publish with separately priced hosting.

What still needs checking

• Hosting is a recurring purchase separate from the editor bundle; extra AI credits are also a separate consideration.
• The homepage describes PRO blogging as Coming Soon. Do not choose it on the assumption that a full blog CMS is ready.
• The maker describes an early product with rough edges; importing a Carrd site was not established.
